I wanted to start adding links to some of the places where I have found a great source of hope, information or whatever I needed as I move through this process. It is my desire to provide a place where others can come to get information to help them process their journey and experience as a breast cancer survivor (or caregiver). The Internet offers us all SO much valuable information and it is always nice to know when it is something you can trust. So far, I have found these places to be trustworthy, though I am in no way trying to substitute for just talking with your doctor, oncologist, Ob/Gyn, etc.

They were so kind and helpful and I'm sure I will be back there often during the next year or two. I highly recommend them to anyone going through breast cancer treatment or to anyone suffering with lymphedema. I would also suggest them to anyone who is looking for a gift for a friend or family member going through breast cancer treatment to consider a gift card at All About You because the products are often not covered completely, if at all, by insurance companies. They also carry other items that might be useful to a patient going through treatment, but not considered medically necessary (i.e. nightgowns, shirts that button-down, post-mastectomy swim suits, etc). They also carry a wonderful line of clothing, Fresh Produce, that is very cool, soft and not irritating to skin that is highly sensitive following surgery, chemo and/or radiation.
